Disclaimer: Due to the ongoing pandemic, customers are notified to take it into account as a potential reason for an unexpected delay of 2 to 3 weeks, which may or may not happen. We work tirelessly, without fault, to pack and ship all the orders on time. But the unpredictable nature of COVID related lockdowns and precautionary measures can disrupt our otherwise punctual timeline. However, any delays would be communicated via email. Italianaro provides free shipping of orders all around the globe.

Shipping Duration:
Once placed, orders are shipped within 2 working days.

Delivery information
Orders will be delivered to your address. In case you don’t receive your order and the tracking portal says ‘delivered,’ please reach us at [email protected]

Order and Tracking
After placing the order you will receive a conformation email mentioning your Order Number and the duration of delivery. You can still cancel your order within the same day of placing it. Your order is processed after a buffer period of 6 hours.

After the order is shipped from the warehouse, a tracking number is sent to the customer through the email. A link attached in the email can be opened to track the order. It is possible, although improbable, that the tracking information might not be available during the first few days. Be assured that this won’t affect the time of delivery of your product.

In case, the tracking portal says that your product has been ‘delivered,’ but in actuality it hasn’t been, you can contact us right away, or you can also contact the logistics company mentioned in the tracking information shared with you.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for your order to leave the warehouse and arrive at your door step is called the shipping time.

Since Italianaro employs advanced protocols to help secure the information, privacy, orders and products of our valued customers, the shipment time, resultantly, is increased by 2 days.

Delivery Time:
The total delivery time for respective regions is as follows:


North America: 
Standard shipping takes 1 – 3 weeks for delivery.
Australia and New Zealand: Standard shipping takes 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.
UK and Europe: Standard shipping takes 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.
Other Countries: Standard shipping takes 2 – 5 weeks for delivery.

Cancelling Orders:
You can still cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Your order is processed after a buffer period of 6 hours. Once the order is shipped, customers cannot cancel
it.

Returns:

Procedure to file a return request:
1. Email us your return query at [email protected].
2. Attach the proof of purchase/receipt in the email.
3. Our customer service representative will get in touch within the 24 hours of your email.
4. Emails without proof of purchase/receipt will not be entertained.

Change of mind:
Italianaro does not accept change of mind as a reason for the return of the product. Customers are advised to order their products while keeping in mind that the later change of mind will not be entertained as an excuse of returning the item.

Time frame: The time limit to file a return is 15 days, after which Italianaro will not entertain any return request and request to return the product shall be deemed null and void.

Return of defective/broken products:
If you find your product to be damaged, altered, partially delivered, defective or broken at the time of delivery, you may file a return request on this site within one week of the delivery.

Used products:
The product should not be used if the customer wishes to return it. Requests for return of a used product will not be entertained.

Damaged after delivery:
Products damaged by customer after its delivery will not be accepted under return and refund policy.

Shipping cost on returns:
The customer shall be responsible for the cost incurred during shipping of the return of the product. The company does not offer any compensation or cost adjustment in this regard. 

After Returns:

Once the returned item is received by us, the customer is notified through the email and the refund transaction is carried out.

Only items that are bought on regular price can be requested for refunding. Jewelry items that were purchased on a sale will be declined for refund.

Customer may choose to receive the refund through the same account they ordered the product from, or through a new account, details of which they’ll need to share.

Once approved, the refund will be transferred to your account on the very day right away. Usually, there is a processing time involved at the end of the credit card companies, due to which customers might see a lag in the transaction.

If the delay in receiving persists, the customers are advised to contact the relevant credit card company.
